The strong Bock beer “German Red” seduces with its pleasant malty notes, as well as its attractive reddish color, which results from the different types of intensively dried malt selected. It also has a slight bitter character, as elegant as the “Estrangeira” itself.

The combination of selected fermentation aromas from pure culture yeasts and roasted malts produces a malty flavor with caramelized and roasted notes. Thanks to its deep dark hue and creamy head, the Imperial Stout “do Mestre” is a star among specialties.

Há já algum tempo, a resistência também tem vindo a ser apoiada pelas regiões envolventes. O ajudante comummente considerado mais influente é conhecido na cidade como o “Agricultor”. Cultiva, em grandes clareiras, pequenos campos de trigo – suficientemente grandes apenas para abastecer os cervejeiros da resistência na cidade e poder fabricar a sua própria IPA com três variedades diferentes de malte.
